Zimm's two-hit gem isn't enough vs. Kershaw

Zimmermann nearly matched Kershaw, but was stuck with the loss regardless. He tossed seven innings, allowing just two hits, but the Nationals couldn't pick him up at the plate. The right-hander struck out nine and pounded the strike zone, firing 71 of his 93 pitches for strikes. His lone walk, to Joc Pederson, led to the only run he allowed.
