Washington Nationals’ GM Mike Rizzo added pitching depth via the waiver wire on Monday, claiming right-handed starter Rogelio Armenteros from the Arizona Diamondbacks, just a few short weeks after the D-backs claimed him off waivers from the Houston Astros.
