Aníbal Sánchez gave up a run on four hits in 5 1⁄3 innings on the mound against Chicago’s White Sox this afternoon, and the Washington Nationals took a 4-1 lead into the eighth in the nation’s capital, but Kyle Barraclough (in his second inning of work) gave up a two-out, two-run home run, 4-3, and Wander Suero surrendered a solo shot that tied things up, 4-4.
It was still tied in the bottom of the ninth when Brian Dozier walked and scored on a two-run home run to left by Trea Turner.
