Washington Nationals Recap: Matt Den Dekker’s 2-run Home Run Gives Nats 5-3 Win Over Dodgers

After having to go through two hours of light delays last night, the Washington Nationals were back at it again this afternoon, finishing up their suspended game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Nats entered the day leading this game 3-2 in the top of the sixth inning. Tanner Roark, who threw seven pitches last night, stayed on the mound to start today’s game.

In the top of the sixth, Adrian Gonzalez came up to the plate with one out and hit a solo home run to left field.
