In today’s Daily, MLB.com’s Bill Ladson discusses Stephen Strasburg’s status for Sunday’s game against the Reds. Strasburg, who is on the disabled list with an upper back strain, could be activated in time to make his scheduled start on Sunday.
As Ladson writes, however, Strasburg’s status for Sunday remains unclear. The right-hander pitched a bullpen session without any problems on Thursday, but the team still doesn’t know if he’ll be ready to pitch on Sunday.
