In today’s Daily, the Washington Post’s Chelsea Janes discusses Nationals reliever Aaron Barrett. As Janes notes, the Nationals have placed Barrett on the disabled list with a sprained right elbow. The disabled list stint is retroactive to Aug 6.
The news of Barrett landing on the disabled list was surprising for many since the right-hander had just been sent down to Triple-A Syracuse on Thursday.
