We start off today’s Daily with some bad news for the Nationals. As the Washington Post’s James Wagner writes in his article below, a New York Supreme Court judge ruled in favor of MASN and the Orioles in the ongoing dispute over TV rights between the two teams.
The ruling overturned an MLB decision that gave the Nationals millions of dollars in compensation for a current TV rights deal that many view as unfair for the Nationals.
