With the Washington Nationals off to a 7-8 start, the bullpen a work in progress, the team off to a 3-3 mark in one-run games (which were a big issue in 2018), approval for the job that second-year skipper Davey Martinez has done with the team is still in the 30s, though it’s up slightly from last week.
