The Double-A Harrisburg Senators season ended Monday in Altoona, Pennsylvania. That’s where Victor Robles thought his season with games that counted would close.
Thursday, the outfielder was in Washington after being called up by the Nationals. Pitching prospect Erick Fedde was transferred to the 60-day disabled because of a right forearm flexor strain. Outfielders Rafael Bautista and Andrew Stevenson were also called up again.
Robles, 20, is the Nationals top prospect.
More to come.
