PHOENIX -- The Nationals will place outfielder Ryan Raburn on the bereavement list Sunday, after the death of his grandfather. Raburn was in the initial lineup posted Saturday afternoon before manager Dusty Baker decided to scratch him because of everything going on in his mind.
"He's not really here, you have to concentrate for nine innings," Baker said. "I just thought it would be best for him not to play today. He was pretty shook up the last couple days."
Baker said Raburn would be available to pinch-hit Saturday against the D-backs if necessary. Raburn has a .
