The Nationals acquired outfielder Ben Revere from the Blue Jays for reliever Drew Storen on Friday night.
Revere, 27, is coming off one of his best seasons in the big leagues. He batted .306 with 45 RBIs and 31 stolen bases with the Phillies and Blue Jays in 2015. Revere's addition addresses Washington's need for a center fielder and left-handed bat after losing Denard Span to free agency.
