GAME IN A NUTSHELL: The Nationals have experienced precious little success against the Cardinals, dating all the way back to their heartbreaking loss in the 2012 NLDS. So while this was merely one game on a Tuesday night in April, it did present the Nats an opportunity to establish a new tone to this budding rivalry. They ultimately accomplished that task, though not before some old demons returned and threatened to ruin everything.

But never fear because Yunel Escobar delivered the walk-off homer in the bottom of the 10th, blasting the first pitch he saw from Carlos Villanueva into the left-field bullpen.
