The Washington Nationals won’t have to wait to see their World Series rings much longer.
The team announced Tuesday that it will host a virtual celebration this Sunday to unveil their 2019 championship rings, with a one-hour video stream starting at 7 p.m.
The celebration will be simulcast on the Nationals’ website and social media channels along with MLB Network and MASN.
“We could not be more excited to finally share our 2019 World Series Champions rings with our players, staff, and fans,” managing principal owner Mark Lerner said in a press release. “The various elements of the ring truly capture the Washington Nationals story and the craftsmanship is unparalleled.
