The Rays and Nationals have agreed to a trade that will send left-handed reliever Enny Romero to Washington for a lower-level starting pitching prospect, reports Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times (on Twitter). The move will open a spot on the 40-man roster for first baseman Logan Morrison, who has reportedly agreed to return to the Rays on a one-year deal.
