The Washington Nationals announced another singing this afternoon, sending out a press release which said they agreed to terms with 16-year-old international outfielder Elvis Alvarado, a 6'4'', 175-pound outfielder out of Sabaneta in the Dominican Republic.
Alvarado is the third international free agent the Nationals have signed since the latest signing period began earlier this month.
The Nationals have previously announced deals with 16-year-old outfielder Juan Soto and 16-year-old infielder Luis Aquino.
