Everyone, it’s time to start boarding the Juan Soto hype train. The Washington Nationals’ outfielder hit his first MLB home run in his second at-bat of his career. Soto hit a three-run bomb to the visitor’s bullpen in the bottom of the second inning.
It’s also worth mentioning that the home run, which sparked a five-run inning, was Soto’s first career MLB hit.
Soto was called up to the big leagues after Howie Kendrick suffered a season-ending achilles injury.
