The Nationals have recalled right-hander Taylor Jordan from Triple-A Syracuse for his fourth stint in the Majors this season.
Jordan, 26, finished the Triple-A season with a 5-6 record and a 2.95 ERA in 19 starts for Syracuse. He had 61 strikeouts, 27 walks and held opponents to a .235 batting average. Jordan allowed just four home runs in 103 2/3 innings.
Jordan has made one start for the Nats this year, and he is 0-2 with a 5.29 ERA in four overall appearances.
