Baker introduced as Nationals' new manager

Baker, 66, last managed the Reds in 2013, and he was dismissed despite leading Cincinnati to back-to-back 90-win seasons. His managing career began in San Francisco, where he spent a decade in charge and led the Giants to five 90-win seasons and the '02 NL pennant.
