Ward, a 3rd Round pick out of Leedey, Oklahoma in 2013, put up a .252/.348/.412 line with 23 doubles and 14 home runs in 2016, splitting time between High-A Potomac and Double-A Harrisburg, with a .278/.377/.491 line, 16 doubles and 11 home runs in 64 games and 268 plate appearances for the P-Nats and a .219/.310/.309 line, seven doubles and three home runs in 53 games and 203 PAs for the Senators.
