Today Husky coaches added to an already impressive recruiting class when 4 star cornerback Trent McDuffie out of St John Bosco HS, CA committed to UW over offers from major powers such as Alabama, LSU, USC, Oklahoma, and Michigan. McDuffie has really skyrocketed his stock this season with his play, and while he isn’t the biggest cornerback (listed at 5’10” and around 185 pounds) he is an excellent cover corner. When you watch his film you can see how good of an athlete he is, and how fast he is on the football field. McDuffie is just the latest 4 star cornerback to join coach Jimmy Lake’s cornerback room aka DBU.
