Washington added further reinforcements to their wide receiver corps this weekend as Arizona transfer Kevin Green Jr. committed to the Huskies. Green posted a message on social media that didn’t include the word committed on Sunday but in quotes since has confirmed that he did in fact commit to Washington. He appeared in 11 games this past season for the Wildcats as a redshirt freshman and will have 3 years of eligibility remaining.
The 5’11 Green was a borderline three/four-star recruit coming out of high school at Bishop Alemany in Mission Hills, California. He initially committed to USC but stepped away from that pledge and wound up signing with Arizona in December as the 2nd highest receiver commit in that class behind Tetairoa McMillan.
