- The Seattle Times’ Andy Yamashita is at Big Ten Media days in Indianapolis. He has a report stating, among other things, UW is picked to finish tenth in the conference, behind schools like Nebraska and Rutgers. Read more here.
- Yamashita also has a summary of Big Ten Commissioner Tony Petitti’s opening remarks here. Factors included for welcoming UW included competitiveness across sports and academics, but the number one driving factor was (perhaps unsurprisingly) football revenue.
