UW WBB continued their Michigan road trip tonight at the University of Michigan and lost 82-69. Michigan came into the game just recently falling out of the AP top 25 poll after losing to several top 10 teams in the Pac 12 the Big 10 conference: USC, Ohio State, and UCLA. Michigan started and all guard line up, which on paper matched up well with UW.
In reality, the first quarter Michigan ran UW out of the gym, going on a 15-0 scoring run. UW couldn’t get their offense going and didn’t run the plays they’ve been running in favor of Elle Ladine or Savyia Sellers running down and hucking up a short with no one in rebounding position.
