Washington Women’s Basketball adds 3 to 2017 class

On one hand, it was no secret that the Washington Women’s Basketball team needed players. As a matter of fact, the team was in a rather difficult position when the team lost four seniors to graduation. On the other hand, the matter became even more complicated.

And earlier in the year, freshman Aarion McDonald announced plans to transfer away from Washington. In essence, McDonald projected as one of the team’s stars this year. After all the smoke cleared, five of the top six scorers from last season are no longer on the team.

In fact, within the article of McDonalds departure, we named a pair of 2017 incoming freshmen in three-star point guard Kierra Collier and three-star forward Kayla Rooks.
