Washington wrapped up its regular season on Wednesday, but the Huskies had to wait three days until Saturday to learn where it finished in the Pac-12 standings and what seed it’ll be in next week’s conference tournament.
The Huskies, who were picked 11th in a preseason media poll, finished tied with Oregon State and USC at 9-9 for sixth in the Pac-12.
Washington (17-13) is the eighth seed and will face No. 9 Stanford (15-14) at 12 p.m. Wednesday in the conference opener at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The Huskies defeated the Cardinal 64-53 on Feb.
