The Washington Huskies this morning announced sweeping changes to their future non-conference schedule largely in response to last season’s Michigan game in Seattle getting cancelled. Instead the Wolverines will travel to play at Washington in 2028. In order to make room for that game the home and home series with Michigan State previously scheduled for 2028 and 2031 has been moved up to 2022 and 2023.
In addition to the 3 re-arranged games with the power conference schools there were also an additional 5 games announced. Portland State was also added for 2022 as the FCS “C” slot in the non-con schedule.
