In the final second of the game, Washington Sr. forward Noah Dickerson came down with Stanford’s KZ Okpala’s missed three-point shot. His rebound secured Washington’s win in Palo Alto 62-21.
Despite this sloppy, back and forth affair, Washington was able to scrape together a split in the Bay Area on this two-game road trip. Jaylen Nowell was the leading scorer for the Huskies with 13 points, while Dickerson was the only other Husky to reach double digits with 12 points.
Both teams started out the game very cold from the floor.
