BYU, just like Eastern Washington and Hawaii who they beat handily, they throw the ball most of the time. They also run the ball on occasion to keep opposing defenses off balance. This gives Washington football’s young defensive backs a tough test, and it could be something similar to what they’ll see against USC next weekend, and against WSU in the Apple Cup.
BYU’s quarterback is sophomore Zach Wilson who took over duties half through his freshman season in 2018, BYU went 4-3 in his seven starts last year. Wilson is 6’3 still known for his scrambling ability like another Wilson we know in these parts though much taller.
