Washington football’s defense is showing some major promise heading into their bowl game and the two defenders who were honored this week are going to be huge parts of the defense moving forward.
Defensive Lineman of the Week
Only two people have won this award multiple times this year, Utah’s Bradlee Anae, and now Joe Tryon joins him. Tryon has enjoyed quite the coming-out party over the last month, as he’s recorded two sacks in three of his last four games, and 10.5 total tackles for loss over that span. The 6’5, 262 pound outside linebacker has been nothing short of spectacular since the Utah game, and will most certainly be recognized on one of the All Pac-12 teams this season.
