Taylor Rapp Drafted with 29th Pick in 2nd Round by Los Angeles Rams

Taylor Rapp may not have ended up as a 1st round pick but he’s officially an NFL player now after being taken by the Los Angeles Rams with the 29th pick in the 2nd round (61st overall). Rapp becomes the 2nd Husky safety in the past 3 drafts to be taken in the 2nd round joining Budda Baker who went 36th overall in the 2017 draft.

Coming into this past season Rapp was viewed as one of if not the best safety prospect in the country. He certainly lived up to the hype on the field as he was named 1st team all Pac-12 and either a 1st team or 2nd team All-American by almost every outlet.
