Seattle Times: Trey Adams to Miss Entire 2018 Season

The worst fears of Washington Huskies fans have come to pass: Preseason All American left tackle Trey Adams is done for the year after undergoing surgery, according to Adam Jude of The Seattle Times.

Adams’ expected presence on the Washington offensive line was an important factor in the Huskies’ preseason No. 6 ranking the AP poll, and the Dawgs being picked as the overwhelming favorite to win the Pac-12 at the conference’s media day in July. Chris Petersen is scheduled to speak with the media tomorrow; if his Monday press conference is any indication, Adams’ injury status is a topic the head coach won’t relish having to once again speak upon.
