Seahawks' safety Earl Thomas has been activated off the PUP list and is now eligible to practice.
Earl Thomas sat out practice Wednesday while still on the Physically Unable to Perform list while rehabbing from off-season shoulder surgery.
But he apparently won’t sit out any more as Thomas was activated after practice from the PUP list, meaning he can begin practicing with the Seahawks immediately.
Thomas had surgery in late February to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder suffered in the NFC Championship game against Green Bay.
The injury requires a rehab of 6-8 months and the team had said all along that they thought Thomas would be limited in camp but would be ready for the season.
