Hello Husky fans, after a tough loss on the road again it’s tough to think about the positives in Husky football right now, but there are some positive things happening on Montlake (recruiting is one of those). The 2025 recruiting class is currently ranked as the 18th best class in the country, with 27 commits in the class. The 2026 class already has a couple of commits and there could be a new addition on the way.
3 star linebacker Wassie Lugolobi from Eastside Catholic has been high on the Husky program for a while. Rated as the 46th best linebacker in the country and 4th best player in the state in the 2026 class, Lugolobi is a do-it-all linebacker who flashes a lot of potential on the field.
