I was able to catch up with one of the top in-state targets this week, and ask him about his recruitment. 3 star defensive end David Schwerzel from O’Dea HS has been a priority target for the Huskies for a while. Rated by 247sports as the 28th best edge in the country, Schwerzel holds offers from around the country and has seen lots of coaches swing by his school. The other school that are recruiting hard are UCLA, CAL, Stanford, Michigan State, WSU, Oregon State, Arizona, and Miami.
