EL PASO, Texas — The Tacoma Rainiers used four two-run home runs, two by Justin Ruggiano, to beat the El Paso Chihuahuas 9-4 on Tuesday night at Southwest University Park.
Ruggiano went 3 for 3 with five RBI – the second multi-home run game of the season for Ruggiano, who has hit .320 with seven home runs and 19 RBI in 28 games for the Rainiers.
Rainiers starting pitcher Chien-Ming Wang earned his first win with Tacoma.
