One of them is one of the top tight ends in the country in the 2025 class and is very high on the Huskies. 4 star tight end Vander Ploog from Troy HS, CA is set to visit Montlake this weekend for the spring game. Rated as the 14th best tight end in the 2025 class, Ploog holds offers from around the country but is looking heavily at Utah, Cal, and ASU (plus UW). Listed at 6’6” and around 210 pounds Ploog already has a good frame and is an elite receiver when the ball is in the air.
