Going to be interesting to see how the Huskies bounce back from Thursday’s 99-67 defeat at No. 18 Arizona.
Washington was dominated in almost every way. Arizona had more rebounds (43 to 26), more assists (24 to 21), more free throws (28 to 11), more points in the paint (50 to 32) and more bench points (26 to 15). The Wildcats shot better from the field (60.3 percent to 40.9), three pointers (60.0 to 31.6) and free throws (71.4 to 63.6).
The 32-point defeat was the most lopsided loss of the season and the most points UW has surrendered since allowing 102 to Indiana on Nov.
