You have to dig through Washington’s records to find the last time the Huskies’ offense has been this productive in back-to-back games.
Saturday’s 104-67 rout over Penn marked the first time Washington tallied more than 100 points in consecutive games since Dec. 4, 2010. That season UW clobbered Long Beach State 102-75 before pounding Texas Tech Houston 108-79.
It’s unlikely the Huskies will maintain this level offensive productivity when they travel to Nassau, Bahamas to face cross-state nemesis No. 10 Gonzaga in the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament on Wednesday. However, there’s a few positive signs starting to emerge for UW.
