Before Kelsey Plum was a WNBA star, she was just a college student at Washington (who, you know, happened to break the NCAA all-time scoring record and win like every Player of the Year honor). And while attending the school, it seems she racked up a few parking tickets.
Clearly debating whether or not she is still required to pay said parking tickets, she went to another alum of the school to ask if such a situation had happened to him.
That alumnus is of course none other than Isaiah Thomas of the Cleveland Cavaliers and he had an answer she was probably not hoping for.
