Two players from a Washington defense that ranked No. 1 in the Pac-12 were named to the conference’s first-team defense on Tuesday.
Sophomore cornerback Sidney Jones and sophomore safety Budda Baker and were selected to the all-conference first team, while UW senior linebacker Travis Feeney and senior defensive lineman Taniela Tupou were named to the second team.
Jones was also among the Pac-12 leaders with four interceptions, nine pass break-ups. He returned an interception 69 yards for a touchdown in UW’s 45-10 Apple Cup victory over Washington State on Friday, and he also returned a fumble 70 yards for a touchdown against Cal.
