The Washington Huskies rose one spot to No. 6 in The Associated Press Top 25 poll released Sunday morning, one day after UW’s 63-7 thumping of Montana at Husky Stadium.
There was a shakeup in the top 10 after Oklahoma knocked off No. 2 Ohio State on Saturday. The Sooners took over the No. 2 spot on Sunday, with the Buckeyes dropping to No. 8.
Alabama held strong at No. 1, with 58 of 61 first-place votes, followed by Oklahoma, Clemson, USC, Penn State, UW, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma State and Wisconsin in the top 10.
