Kickoff time for the Washington-Oregon game on Oct. 8 is expected to be announced later today.
The No. 10 Huskies (4-0, 1-0) will have an extra day to prepare for the trip to Eugene after playing No. 7 Stanford (3-0, 2-0) on Friday this week (6 p.m., ESPN).
About a half-dozen national writers (from the likes of ESPN and Sports Illustrated) have requested credentials for Friday’s game, and 19 NFL scouts have done so — more than twice the average number of NFL personnel for the typical UW game.
