Jordan Chin, a three-star wide receiver from Chaminade Prep in West Hill, Calif., made a verbal commitment to Washington on Sunday night, bolstering the Huskies’ thin wide receiver corps.
Chin, 6-feet-2 and 170 pounds, had 37 receptions for 601 yards and five touchdowns in nine games as a senior. In announcing his commitment on Twitter, he said it was a “dream” to play for the Huskies. He’s making his official visit to UW this weekend.
After missing out on several other more high-profile wide receiver recruits, the Huskies offered Chin a scholarship last week.
