Sophomore Noah Dickerson recorded a double double and freshman Markelle Fultz led the team in scoring for the second straight night as the Huskies men’s basketball team defeated the Frankston Blues, 84-59, Thursday in front of a capacity crowd at Frankston Stadium in Melbourne, Australia.
Washington is 1-1 on its foreign tour and will start the New Zealand leg of the 11-day trip Friday.
Dickerson finished with 15 points and a team-high 11 rebounds. Fultz, fresh off his 33-point effort the night before, had a game-high 18 points.
Matisse Thybulle led the squad with six assists and added eight points and three steals while Malik Dime reached double figures with 10 points to go along with seven boards and two blocks.
