Huskies Can’t Complete Comeback, Fall 64-61 to UCLA

Washington blew a 10-point lead before falling in the final minutes against UCLA when these two teams played in Los Angeles. This time it was the Bruins who almost blew multiple 10-point advantages but Quade Green’s 30-foot heave at the buzzer clanked off the rim to allow UCLA to escape by a margin of 64-61 despite some disastrous free throw shooting. The loss drops Washington to 3-15 (2-11) on the season and snaps UCLA’s 3-game losing streak.

It certainly didn’t look early like the Huskies wanted to do anything but go back outside and play in the snow.
