Huskies’ Andrew Andrews, Dejounte Murray score big in Pac-12 basketball awards

Andrews voted first team all-conference while Murray selected to second team and first team all-freshman. Marquese Chriss and Malik Dime also rack up all-conference honors.

Monday was a banner day for the Washington men’s basketball team as four players received recognition from the Pac-12, which announced many of its awards.

Senior guard Andrew Andrews was voted to the 10-man first team while Dejounte Murray was selected to second team all-conference squad, which includes five players. The Pac-12 coaches also voted Murray first team all-freshman.

Andrews finished the regular-season as the Pac-12 scoring leader averaging 21.
