Ale Kaho is indeed headed to Alabama.
The saga surrounding former five-star linebacker and his abrupt departure from Washington will apparently end with him playing for the Crimson Tide, a source close to Kaho confirmed to The Seattle Times on Wednesday.
The news comes just two days after UW coach Chris Petersen announced Kaho had been granted his release from his National Letter of Intent with the Huskies.
“His family was really adamant that he needs to — he’s going through some stuff and he needs to be close to his family,” Petersen said Monday. “And we get that.
