The Huskies already have two touted quarterback recruits committed for the Class of 2018. Now, one of the best QB recruits in the Class of 2019 is making an unofficial visit to the UW campus.
J.T. Daniels, a five-star QB from Mater Dei High in Santa Ana, Calif., arrived at UW on Thursday, Scout.com reports. Washington was reportedly one of the first schools to offer Daniels a scholarship when he was a freshman in 2015.
Daniels threw for 100 touchdowns in his first two seasons at Mater Dei, the same school that produced Matt Leinart and Matt Barkley.
