TOPPENISH, Wash. (AP) — The FBI is investigating after bullet holes were found inside the Indian Health Services clinic in Toppenish.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reports that the clinic closed Thursday morning after reports of an armed person on the property.
The Yakima Nation Tribal police declined to comment, but a spokesman for Heritage University, about 3 miles away, says the university locked down for about five minutes before authorities said the individual had been subdued.
