The post-Lorenzo Romar fallout at Washington continued on Saturday, as ESPN 100 guard Daejon Davis told ESPN he requested a release from his letter-of-intent.
Davis is the fourth player to explore his options since Romar was fired earlier this month after 15 seasons as the Huskies' head coach.
This is the second time Davis has backed off from the Huskies. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard from Seattle originally committed to Washington in August 2015, before opening up his recruitment last April. Davis then chose Washington again in the fall, over Stanford, Oregon and Gonzaga.
